The annual Crockett Days Festival, honoring frontiersman David Crockett, was held Saturday and Sunday, August 9–10, at the Doak House Museum on Tusculum University’s campus. Normally hosted at David Crockett Birthplace State Park, the event was relocated due to damage from Hurricane Helene in 2024.
